Hey Everyone!

My name is Danielle Thies and I am a 2nd year JET in Oita City. I work at Oita Commercial High School, definitely not an academic school, but I absolutely love my kids!

I love to find new restaurants and bars in the city, as well as go to various concerts, performances, and museums. I’ll do my best to inform you when I hear good things happening. It’s my hope to plan many events/parties for all of you to attend, to have fun and maybe raise a little money for charity.
