Cost: ¥3500/person for a set meal course and 2 hour nomihoudai

For the orphanage, meet at Ozai Station on Saturday, December 15th. at 1pm. One of the teachers from my school, Watanabe-sensei, will show everyone the way to the orphanage! You can get the train from Oita station at 12.45. Take the east bound train (Nippo Honsen line), and Ozai is the 4th stop from Oita.

For the dinner, please RSVP by Friday, December 7th to Danielle (dthies118@fastmail.fm). Its okay to say you are a “maybe”. The restaurant is in Aqua Park (behind Music Street) near McCullough’s Coffee Cafe. The nomihodai includes beer, cocktails, and shouchu, but no wine. The course meal menu includes starters of 3 varieties (stuff like avocado and parma ham bruschetta), followed by smoked duck salad, pizza, pasta, and possibly something else.

There will also be a few things, like a raffle, to raise money for our charity. Karaoke or other fun things will follow the dinner if you’d just rather meet up with the group later in the night.
